During the first Tier-2 (No. 2552684ZH9MS) random drawing, we discovered 9 of the 20 randomly selected winners failed to follow at least one of the Twitter requirements. We needed to set up a new 2nd Tier-2 (No. 2552759FF5G3) random drawing to redraw 9 new winners randomly and we discovered 1 of the 9 randomly selected winners failed to follow at least one of the Twitter requirements. That led us to set up a new 3rd Tier-2 (No. 2552809BWS9U) random drawing to redraw 1 new winner randomly and this winner followed the Twitter requirements. The finalized winners of Tier 1 and Tier 2 along with the top 200 performing users are posted below the drawing results.

I want to clarify a few things about the drawings. I worked with @cryptodaz2 on concluding random drawings together to ensure everything was done in a transparent manner. For the Tier-1 (No. 2552601F2V3C) and Tier-2 (No. 2552684ZH9MS) random drawings, we needed to verify if those winners were eligible by following the registration procedure when we opened the registration form to the public last month. Registrants were required to follow the following twitter requirements (have a valid Twitter profile that wasn't created after July 1, 2021 and post the following message via Twitter profile: "Join me @Kava_Swap $100,000 testnet competition").
